Tasty seaside treats…
Primary 5 have been learning about how the seaside treat rock is made. We tasted a variety of different flavours of rock, using adjectives to describe the flavours. We then designed our own flavour and design for a stick of rock. We wrote persuasive slogans to encourage people to choose our flavour.

Taking our collaborative learning to the outdoors
Primary 5 visited the school farm this week, we worked in pairs and small groups to feed the animals, give them so care and affection and then enjoyed some time exploring the forest. It was fantastic seeing everyone together trying to climb a tree.

Adventures by the beach
Today Primary 5 visited ‘Skegwell’. We played in the sand, snorkelled in the pool, fished for sharks and enjoyed ice cream treats. We thought it was fantastic and a good combination of Springwell and Skegness. we are really looking forward to visiting again.
